What is Pralinoix de Rocamadour?
Pralinoix de Rocamadour is my homemade walnut spread. It is versatile, fabulous for spreading, accompanying desserts, drizzling on ice cream, enriching cake batter or simply to eat straight from the jar.
I produce two flavours. A natural flavour containing 80% walnuts and a chocolate flavour containing 75% walnuts.
Origin of Pralinoix de Rocamadour
Each year, I hand-harvest the walnuts naturally grown on my land. I use them in my kitchen for my guest rooms and my table d'hôtes.
In 2020, I started to develop the recipe and production technique for Pralinoix de Rocamadour. I wanted to offer my sons a more natural and purer spread to break their addiction to Nutella! From 2021, I regularly produced Pralinoix de Rocamadour for the breakfast and table d'hôte service of my B&B.

In 2024, I decided to share Pralinoix de Rocamadour with everyone!
Pralinoix de Rocamadour is homemade in my small laboratory at La Noyeraie Rocamadour. My small, manual harvest of walnuts is no longer sufficient. I am proud to use the local, AOP walnuts Périgord from the cooperative Valcadis in Quercy. I am actively looking for delicatessens and fine food shops to become points of sale locally, nationally and beyond, to bring Pralinoix de Rocamadour to your area.
